Truly, I am trying to follow the 8 steps because I so desire pain-free living, but it seems that with each step I try, I encounter a glitch. Last night I attempted the stretchlying. When I woke up in the morning, my neck was so stiff and I was in pain. Help!! What am I doing wrong? I used to sleep with a cervical roll under my neck but I have done away with that since reading your book. However, I wonder if I could try stretchlying with a neck roll? Any suggestions? Thank you!!
