I have a very tight hip on my right side. I have attempted without success to treat it through physical therapy, massage, the gamut, but still have the stiffness and pain. I also have a very tight right shoulder, pecs and even scalenes on the same side and considerable pain in each of those areas. Standing for extended periods and sitting with arms extended are the worst positions for me. I bought the book a couple of months ago and have attempted to integrate the stretchsitting, stretchlying, and tall standing into my daily life with some success. But extended periods at the computer are awful, as are activities that require standing. Any specific recommendations for loosening a "high" hip on one side?
